The Elkhart County Snowmobile Club was formed the summer of 1975 and has been maintaining the Miami Trail every year since then. The club consists of individuals that love the sport of snowmobiling and love to be outside enjoying all that nature provides. We consist of individuals and families young and young at heart. The club maintains the 60 mile trail that runs from Millersburg at the south to the Michigan state line in Vistula at the north. Members maintain the trail with equipment provided by the Indiana DNR. Some of the equipment consists of a groomer and drag to help keep the trail smooth, a tractor to mow and help remove brush, and a few atv's to install trail.
